Dean Kellogg
Dean is from Wichita Falls but has called Decatur home for over 20 years. With his wife of over 35 years, Sheila, they have raised their children in Decatur where both were active in marching band and jazz band. Dean is a past president of the Decatur Band Boosters, a member of the Decatur Chamber of Commerce, and enjoys traveling in their 5th Wheel RV.
After graduating from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Industrial Distribution, Dean held a number of Senior Supply Chain Leadership roles over a 28-year career with W.W. Grainger, Inc., a global industrial supply company. Heather was brought up into a real estate family. Her father owned & brokered a real estate company for 30 years and is also an appraiser. Heather learned how to write & design real estate ads at a young age and earned her real estate license as soon as she was old enough to take the test. She then went to college at Harding University in Arkansas, where she studied marketing & graphics. Immediately after college, she and her husband, Jacob, moved to Decatur because Jacob had gotten a position at Decatur Church of Christ as a Youth & Family Minister. Jacob & Heather have been ministering at the church since January 2002. They have 3 children.
Heather has been designing and developing websites since 2000. She worked for NRS marketing department for 16 years and has specialized in email marketing, professional photography & photoshop editing. Chris was born in Crockett, TX and moved to Decatur, TX in 1985 where he currently lives with his wife Emily and their 5 kids Celeste, Christian, Chealsie, Gavin and Caleb. The 2 oldest are involved in drill team, cross country and church which keep the family busy.

Sheila Hooker
Sheila and her husband Jake have been married and residents of Wise County for 22 years. They have 2 sons, Mack and Marshall, and spend most of their time keeping up with the boys. Motocross and cross country racing, basketball, music lessons, and church activities fill their schedule. Family time is very important to all of them!
Sheila is a graduate of Texas Tech University where she received a degree in Family Studies and Human Development. She also has a degree in Elementary Education.
